Gitmo Ruled Unlawful

A federal judge has ruled that the prisoners at Guantanamo Bay are P.O.W.s and should be treated as such. You can read the article from the Washinton Post here and applaud! [yay! —Misha]

This may not stand but it's just another in a series of rulings that has indicated that the continued imprisonment of these people is unlawful. Hopefully trials will begin and we can begin to see some successful prosecutions at last...to date there have been no successful indictments or sentences brought against terrorists (and failures outnumber the successes) yet this President is "tough on terrorism".

He's also tough on pretzels—swallowing them whole along with crap intelligence—but look at how far that got him....
